EAA Chapter 320 Chili Cook-Off

Put your chili to the test at our chili cook-off! Compete with your favorite chili recipe or be a chili sampler. Prizes for winners! Open to the community - fly in or drive in.

Contestants provide chili and necessary serving supplies; EAA provides all disposables, condiments, cornbread, desserts, and beverages.
Contestant Information:
As a competitor, you are asked to:

Bring at least one pot/crock pot worth of chili.

Bring your own serving utensil (ladle).

Bring your own warming mechanism, and any extension cords, if needed.

Bring any fix-ins necessary for your specific chili (our chapter will provide classic fix-ins).
EAA Chapter 320 will provide the following:

Chili identification cards (you will have a chance to name your chili, note spiciness and any allergens).

All bowls, plates, silverware, napkins, etc.

Classic chili fix-ins (onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, crackers, cornbread).

Beverages and desserts.
Competitors arrive around 10:45am to set up chili station. Sampling begins at 11:00am. Voting ends at 12:30pm and winners will be announced at 1:00pm. Attendees vote for their favorite chilis - the popular vote wins!
This event welcomes the community! Participation is free for those bringing chili to compete. There's an $8.00 fee for sampling and voting. Proceeds from the event are used to promote our mission of advancing aviation in our community.
